How was your day?

imagesI hope you’ve all had a wonderful day…did you exercise? I walked today at the station..for 15 minutes….I have also walked on my gazzel for 30 minutes…dinner was tomato soup…still not feeling all that great…the soup is all I wanted.. I know its really not enough..but when you don’t feel good..its all I want..I hope you will look at the healthy snack recipes I have posted…there are some really healthy ones ..like the Spring rolls! Also check out the post on exercise at work! Let me know if you give any of the ideals a try!
