SHRIMP TACOS WW 5 POINTS

Tonight we made SHRIMP TACO’S…these should be called LIP SMACKIN GOOD TACOS!! Thery were the bomb! Here’s how we made them…

First we chopped up the onion, mushrooms, tomatoes…green peppers..and cilantro..

Then we grilled the green peppers and onions..and then added the mushrooms…

Next we added the shrimp to the grill…to which we add a tiny speck of olive oil and some Texas seasoning…

Go ahead and give them a try! They are sooo goood!!!

Shrimp Tacos
1 oz of uncooked shrimp per taco
1 oz of WW Mexician Shredded cheese
shredded lettuce
1 onion sliced
1 green pepper sliced
3 oz mushrooms diced
1 tomato diced
1/2 onion diced
cilantro chopped..
2 TAB. lemon juice
Tortillas small

mix cilantro, diced onion, diced tomato..add lemon juice set aside for taco topping

grill green peppers until soft…add onion and grill until browned…add mushrooms and grill until soft…push aside…
thaw uncooked shrimp and pat dry..add 3 TAB. Texas Seasoning…and grill until pink….mix with grilled vegetables…

microwave tortilla for 30 seconds.. add cheese and grilled vegetable and shrimp mixture..add lettuce..and .top with pico de gallo
WW points 5 each
