Healthy Fish Tacos
Last night we had shrimp tacos..tonight FISH TACO’S! OMG! These were so good! Even better than our favorites at a nearby Mexican hang out!

Fish Tacos

Fresh Tortillas small size

2 oz of uncooked fish per taco
1 oz of WW Mexican Shredded cheese
shredded lettuce
1 onion sliced
1 green pepper sliced

And easy!!! We grilled onions and green peppers on our griddle…with a touch of olive Oil…and then we took tilapia and cut it into chunks…but in a bowl , add a dash of Olive Oil to coat and then added Texas Seasoning…and chopped garlic

Threw the fish on the grill…for a couple mintues…and taadaaa…thee best fish tacos this side of the Mississippi!

We made fresh pico de gallo..

1 tomato diced
1/2 onion diced
cilantro chopped..
2 TAB. lemon juice

Mix cilantro, diced onion, diced tomato..add lemon juice set aside for taco topping.

weight Watchers points 4 each taco
