Notes: Today was a good day…we got lots of snow
and ice outside.. I surpassed by goal of 2 miles on
my Gazzell…I made it to three! I am thrilled with that.
Mental Note! If you can have someone else clean
up the leftovers at dinner.. Or any meal..please pass
that chore to them.. I found it tempting to fall into old
haibts and want to taste stuff..I didn’t ..but the
temptation was there for me..
I starting drinking several cups of hot Green Tea..
I do have to go to the bathroom a lot..but I am feeling
good..I also drink my 8-8 oz glasses of water too.
I am finding that I am shifting my way of thinking
about food.. I am looking and thinking about
drinking water or tea..if I get the hunger pains.. It helps
also I am thinking about PROTEIN more..and how to
get it in my daily meals..you should always have
protein..I am still low on calories..on purpose..next
week I am starting the two week liquid portion of this.
So I am preparing myself.I am talking supplements
B12- D and a multi …with iron..I seem to have lots of
energy..no naps needed.. It’s propably the exercise
feeling stong!
